Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Online Music & Podcast Department for one of our customers! In this pivotal Entry Level role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our German-speaking users, helping them navigate our music and podcast platform. Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and are able to fully enjoy their audio experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with account management, playback issues, and content recommendations
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve user issues
  • Provide detailed information about new features, content updates, and promotions
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to improve service offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the music or media industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
