Job Title: Data Science & AI Engineer Google Cloud Platform 100% Remote, bonus if local to OH 6+ months Oxford s client is seeking a Senior Data Science & AI Engineer with expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives. Immediate projects involve Google Cloud Platform, including Gemini and Vertex AI capabilities, to automate processes in a large-scale contact center environment. The role will contribute to multiple AI and data science proof-of-concepts (POCs), focusing on analyzing and processing several thousands of calls weekly, with the aim of operationalizing these systems by the end of the year. Key Responsibilities: ? Develop automation solutions for Quality Assurance (QA) in a contact center, focusing on transcription, scoring, and analyzing calls using LLMs. ? Collaborate closely with Google Cloud environments to operationalize AI models, with a strong focus on large language models (LLMs) for tasks like call... transcription and scoring. ? Analyze call recordings from the Genesis contact center platform, implementing automation to reduce manual efforts in the call scoring process. ? Organize and structure data within BigQuery, Snowflake, and Tableau for broader business consumption, turning call data into actionable insights. ? Drive Generative AI initiatives, leveraging advanced prompt engineering to extract insights such as call cancellation reasons from large datasets. Skills and Qualifications: ? Cloud Expertise: Strong Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) with a focus on Gemini and Vertex AI for AI/ML projects. ? AI/ML Knowledge: Proficiency in LLMs, transcription, and text-based analysis. ? Experience in data engineering and data lakes in AWS and BigQuery for Google Cloud Platform environments.
