Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Czech-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and empathetic approach in all interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and enhance customer experience.
• Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

• Fluency in Czech (both written and spoken) is a must. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong passion for beauty and skincare products.
• Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to approach challenges with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working within the beauty industry and contributing to customer satisfaction!
