Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Community Management: Assist in managing our mastermind/community, ensuring engagement and smooth operations.
  • Sales Support: Follow up on sent proposals and contribute to the sales process.
  • Website Maintenance: Perform regular updates and improvements to our website.
  • Tech Support: Provide technical assistance and implement automation to streamline processes.
  • Data Management: Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records in Airtable.
  • Client Feedback: Facilitate the collection and processing of client feedback.
  • Vendor Sourcing: Assist in identifying and onboarding various vendors through platforms like Upwork.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of playbooks, presentations, and documents.
  • Reporting: Update metrics and generate reports to track performance and progress.
  • AI Utilization: Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency in various tasks.
  • Communication: Handle email correspondence and maintain effective communication channels.
  • Other Ad hoc tasks required by the Executive client

  • At least 2 years of experience as a General Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role working for an Executive client
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in various tools (CRM, Project Management, MS Office, etc.)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Flexibility to work part-time initially, with the potential for full-time employment
