We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our outbound sales team. Lead and manage a team of outbound sales agents. ? Ensure 130+ outbound calls are made daily by each team. ? Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and generate new business opportunities. ? Train and coach team members to improve performance and achieve results. ? Monitor call centre metrics and KPIs to maintain high standards of performance. ? Collaborate with leadership to optimize outbound sales processes and improve efficiency. Requirements: ? Proven experience in managing and training call centre employees focused on outbound sales. ? Excellent communication and leadership skills. ? Strong familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus). ? Ability to foster a results-driven and energetic team culture. ? Must have 9 out of 10 English proficiency (written and spoken). ? Experience in outbound sales, with a focus on lead generation and setting appointments. ? Ability to work remotely in a quiet environment, with a reliable computer (4 GB of RAM), high-speed internet, and a quality microphone headset. Perks: ?
