Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat in French.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to beauty and skincare products, including recommendations and usage.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product information, promotions, and beauty industry trends.
  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the beauty or retail sector, is a plus.
  • Passion for beauty and skincare products and an understanding of customer preferences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
