Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting role in e-commerce where you can make a direct impact on customer experience and daily operations? Then this position as a Customer Experience Manager is perfect for you! As a Customer Experience Manager, you will be the point of contact for both colleagues and customers, playing a key role in supporting and optimizing our online processes. Youâll assist customers with onboarding, manage projects between our ERP system and e-commerce platform, and ensure that every customer interaction ends with a smile.
Push Your Limits as a Customer Experience Manager
In this dynamic role, you will contribute to the growth and optimization of our e-commerce activities, working closely with an international digital team. Your tasks will include responding to questions from colleagues and customers, onboarding new customers, and giving website demos. Additionally, you will serve as the central link between departments to ensure smooth internal processes related to e-commerce.
Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring an exceptional online customer experience.
- Giving website demos to colleagues and customers.
- Mapping internal processes and acting as the main point of contact for interdepartmental projects and workflows.
- Onboarding new customers and guiding them through their online journey.
- Answering customer inquiries regarding the use of our website.
- Responding to colleague questions about internal processes linked to the website.
- Conducting customer interviews to gain insights into their experience.
- Testing new features and working closely with product owners to continuously improve the website.
Qualifications
About You:
You are enthusiastic and find joy in helping others. With your digital mindset, you know how to guide customers through a seamless online experience. Additionally, you are well-organized and solution-oriented, allowing you to switch effortlessly between various tasks and challenges.
You:
- Have a degree in communications or a business-related field.
- Are fluent in English.
- Possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable interacting with both customers and colleagues.
- Are digitally skilled and have a strong interest in e-commerce.
- Are solution-oriented and think in opportunities.
- Have a structured approach and maintain oversight in a dynamic environment.
