Primary Accountabilities:

• Assist customers with order-related inquiries, such as tracking, changes, and troubleshooting.
• Use a variety of software tools to access customer accounts and provide accurate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
• Resolve post-sales problems and provide support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused demeanor at all times.

• Work Schedule:?Flexible, reduced hours (30-39 hours per week). May require working outside standard business hours depending on business needs.
