Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• High-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.

Preferred:

• Experience in technical support, IT, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with helpdesk tools and software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Basic knowledge of scripting languages or automation tools is a plus.
