Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant serves as an extension of our M&A executive, providing friendly, and confidential support in a fast-paced environment. As an Executive Assistant, your success in this role is dependent on your superior attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is essential for success in this role.

Your ability to be proactive and anticipate executive schedules with a forward-thinking mindset, while simultaneously offering input and ideas for efficiencies, will establish you as a trusted partner. This role will also serve to support the Mergers & Acquisitions team as a key coordinator of team activities, communications, and being a key partner to the M&A team overall.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP of M&A and the M&A team, including proactive calendar and email management.

  • Travel Coordination: Manage and execute domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense reporting.

  • Project Management: Assist with project management by prioritizing tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely execution of key initiatives.

  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate internal and external meetings and events: schedule appointments, manage attendee lists, secure rooms or virtual links, arrange catering, and distribute materials.

  • Documentation: Prepare high-quality PowerPoint presentations, memos, and other communications on behalf of the SVP and M&A team.

  • Meeting Participation: Attend M&A meetings as needed, manage meeting agendas, and take/distribute detailed meeting minutes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build effective working relationships across all levels within the organization, including working with the team of Finance Executive Assistants.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience providing Executive Assistant support for senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook; strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.

  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot unforeseen logistical issues.

  • Judgment: Comfortable practicing independent judgment and taking initiative, keeping projects moving forward and on track with the pace of the business.

  • Professionalism: Polished presence and demonstrated ability to represent Acrisure in a professional manner.
