Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with their car rental inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Latvian and English.
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle availability, pricing, and rental policies.
  • Process customer bookings and modifications efficiently and accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and solutions.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and car rental services to inform customers effectively.
  • Fluency in Latvian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
