Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Car Leasing & Financing Department for one of our clients! In this important Entry Level role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to car leasing and financing options. Your expertise and support will be crucial in helping clients navigate their choices and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with questions regarding car leasing and financing options
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve client issues and concerns
  • Provide detailed and relevant information about leasing terms, conditions, and processes
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve services
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and industry trends
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the automotive or finance sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach toward ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
