What you will do: As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs. Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for: ? Efficient order entry and follow-up ? Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies ? Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input ? Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals ? Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders What you will bring: ? High School graduate or equivalent ? Current national/state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration ? Strong computer skills ? Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge ? Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations ?
