Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clientele via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Educate passengers on airline policies, procedures, and travel-related information.
- Process and manage ticket sales, changes, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer support.
- Fluent in Portuguese, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
