Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Polish-speaking clients in the aviation sector
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Polish and English
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our aviation services and offerings
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and needs in the aviation market
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in aviation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and customer service software
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
