Job Description Key responsibilities: ? Handle inbound calls and emails from customers with empathy and professionalism. ? Provide accurate and timely responses to customer enquiries. ? A focus on optimising supporter retention and engagement. ? Log all customer interactions in the system for future reference. ? Work closely with colleagues to resolve any customer issues that arise. ? Provide feedback to management on customer needs and trends. ? Participate in team meetings and training sessions. ? Uphold the values and mission of the organisation in all interactions. The Successful Applicant A successful Customer Service Agent should have: ? Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role, ideally within fundraising. ? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ? A solutions-focused mindset and the ability to think on their feet. ? Good organisational and multitasking abilities. ? Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
