Location: ** While the position is Remote, work from home, you must reside in North Carolina or one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Contract Duration: 10+ Months Required Skills & Experience ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. ? 2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or related role, with hands-on experience in Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics. ? Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports. ? Strong understanding of web and mobile application tracking, tagging methodologies, and data governance. ? Experience in writing detailed tracking specifications and collaborating with development teams for implementation. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across business units and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. ? Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies. ? Adobe Enterprise experience, with Customer Journey Analytics ? Basic to Intermediate Java Scrip Understanding What You Will Be Doing ? Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for product owners. ? Collaborate with product teams to understand business objectives and translate them into tracking specifications and analytics solutions. ? Design and implement tracking strategies for web and mobile applications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business goals. ? Analyze user behavior, trends, and performance metrics to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. ? Serve as a subject matter expert on Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics, offering guidance and training to stakeholders as needed. ? Partner with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless implementation of analytics solutions. ?
