As our first dedicated Customer Success/Support Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the world-class customer support that sets us apart. With a recruiting background, ideally as a recruiting coordinator, you’ll help our customers optimize their interview scheduling and processes using candidate.fyi’s innovative platform.

We’re a fast-growing company with a global customer base, so being available during east coast hours and providing fast responses is essential. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter to take initiative and pave the way as we build out our customer success function.

Responsibilities

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

As our Founding Customer Success/Support Specialist, you will:

• Be the primary point of contact for our customers, particularly during onboarding and training, helping them maximize the value of candidate.fyi.

• Deliver world-class customer support, providing fast responses and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Leverage your recruiting experience, to understand customer needs and help them improve their interview logistics and scheduling.

• Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique challenges and providing tailored solutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, and sales) to share customer feedback and advocate for customer needs that will drive product enhancements.

• Be available during east coast hours to meet the needs of our global customer base and provide real-time support.

• Take initiative and be a self-starter who helps define and shape our customer success processes as we grow.

Experience & Skills Required

• 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, with a preference for experience as a recruiting coordinator or in a talent acquisition role.

• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to build relationships and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing helpful and creative solutions to customer challenges.

• Located in east coast hours, with flexibility to support customers across global time zones as needed.

• Comfortable learning new technologies and working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

• Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and helping shape our customer success function.
